Administration says attorneys will draft transfer proposal for Ashby solar project

Nancy Haynes updated the subcommittee on progress toward transferring a solar project to the town of Ashby.

Haynes said she had contacted both the district attorney and Ashby town administration and expects a shared draft transfer agreement to be produced after counsel from both sides confer. She noted the district attorney will be away for a period, so the work may extend to the end of April, but emphasized the committee has time to craft the proposal to meet an October project timeline.
