Yucaipa city manager urges residents to report homeless concerns via city app

City Manager Sean Moore urged Yucaipa residents to report homelessness concerns through the Yucaipa app or by contacting the Yucaipa Police Department or City Hall.

Moore said, "People have been emailing me and contacting me about homeless issues around town." He then walked listeners through the city's reporting channels: "Just wanna remind you, go on the Yucaipa app and go on report an issue, scroll down in the app and, homeless issue, tap that that tab for homeless issue and report the information." Moore added residents can also contact the Yucaipa Police Department and call City Hall or the city manager's office for assistance.

Moore framed the message as a reminder of available reporting options rather than a new policy, saying the city will follow up on reports and try to provide additional assistance. He closed the brief message by thanking listeners.
