Alameda County board adopts ordinance to implement Community Choice Aggregation program

On Nov. 22, 2016, the Alameda County Board of Supervisors waived the full second reading and adopted an uncodified ordinance authorizing the implementation of a Community Choice Aggregation program.

Vice President Chan moved to waive the full second reading and move for adoption, saying, “Move to waive the full second reading of the ordinance and move for adoption.” The motion passed with four ayes and one supervisor excused.
