Council accepts $476,000 offer for 827 John Liner Road; proceeds to arterial street fund

Staff and the city realtor recommended council accept an offer of $476,000 for the property at 827 John Liner Road. Staff reported that after closing costs and commissions the city expects approximately $460,000 net and that the city had previously invested $280,000 in the property; net proceeds will be deposited into the arterial street fund for future street projects.

Councilwoman Casty moved to accept the offer, seconded by Councilwoman Patterson. The motion carried by voice vote.
