Board member Don Kirk read and moved the motion to go into executive session “pursuant to CRS24-6-424B to confer with the school district's attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice on a pending litigation matter, specifically Jenny Gentry versus Thompson School District, court case number 2025 CV30681,” and under CRS24-6-424E for bargaining strategy related to the Thompson Education Association.
