Arlington Heights board approves $2.2 million accounts-payable register and consent agenda

The Arlington Heights Village Board approved an accounts-payable register totaling $2,200,312.43 for the check date of March 15, 2026 and passed its consent agenda (items A–K) during its March 16 meeting.

Trustee Bertucci moved approval of the accounts-payable register and Trustee Swingbeck seconded. The board conducted a roll-call vote; the transcript records affirmative votes from Trustee Bertucci, Trustee Swingbeck, Trustee Gilbert, Trustee La Bedz, Trustee Dunnington, Trustee Zyck, Trustee Manganaro and Mayor Tinaglia. The motion carrying approval of the register was announced by the mayor.

Later the board moved to approve the consent agenda in a single motion; no trustees requested items be removed for separate discussion. A roll-call vote approved the consent items without recorded no votes.

No trustee discussion or amendments to individual consent items were recorded in the public minutes. The meeting proceeded to recognize community achievements and to presentations after the votes.
