North Bend adopts ordinance to accept part of St. An's Drive as village road

The Village of North Bend council voted March 30 to adopt Ordinance 2026-02, accepting a portion of St. An's Drive as a public village street.

Council declared the ordinance an emergency and moved to dispense with the normal three-reading requirement, approving adoption on its first reading. The mayor was authorized to sign the ordinance and submit the required signed originals and exhibits to Hamilton County for recording.

Staff explained the action follows coordination with county officials and the submission of a dedication plat.
