The Delaware County Board of Commissioners on April 2 approved a slate of routine resolutions and set two public hearings on proposed financing and a community authority petition.
The board approved resolution 26-217 to accept the electronic record of proceedings from the March 26, 2026 meeting and resolution 26-218 to approve purchase orders and payments in batch CM APR0401. Both motions passed on recorded roll calls with each commissioner voting in the affirmative.
Commissioners set a public hearing under Chapter 140 of the Ohio Revised Code on proposed issuance of revenue bonds to finance and refinance hospital facilities for the benefit of Ohio Lavine Pal LLC (resolution 26-219). The board also determined an application to add a parcel to the Evans Farm New Community Authority petition to be sufficient and set a May 4 hearing under Chapter 349 of the Ohio Revised Code (resolution 26-220). The board approved reappointments of Pat Blay and Saikille to the Evans Farm New Authority Board of Trustees (resolution 26-221).
Deputy Administrator Don Houston recommended approval of a service agreement with Patterson Pope Incorporated for high-density shelving at the county record center as part of Willis Building renovations; the board approved resolution 26-223. Jeff Fish of Delaware County EMS presented a renewal/change order for the RQI training platform now assigned to Lateral Medical Corporation and said three additional agencies will join the program; the board approved resolution 26-224.
