Mayor outlines zoning-code final work session May 13 and public hearing May 28; highlights local events

During the mayor's report (speaker 2) at the May 6 meeting, the mayor presented a proclamation recognizing Lucha's Pizza's 40th anniversary and announced upcoming community events, including the Heart in the Home Handmade Market (May 17) and the Memorial Day parade (May 25).

The mayor also provided a status update on the city's zoning-code rewrite: staff indicated a final work session is scheduled for May 13 at City Hall and a public hearing on the new code is set for May 28.
