Development services manager announces staff resignation, names replacement for upcoming hearing

At the May 4, 2026 Planning Commission meeting, Wade Long, the borough’s development services manager, informed the commission that staff member Rebecca Scott Hogg — who had been listed on the agenda to provide a quasi‑judicial staff report in coming weeks — has resigned. Long said another staff member, Natasha Bridal, will provide that staff report in Hogg’s place.

Long took a moment to thank Hogg for her service to the borough and the commission, saying she has presented many quasi‑judicial matters professionally and that the commission appreciates her work. "She's presented many quasi‑judicial matters, and they've been professional. She's very intelligent, and we absolutely wish her all the success in her future," Long said.

No formal action was taken on the personnel change during the meeting. The commission recessed remaining business and adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
