County staff ask to table subdivision plat application review; commissioners agree

County staff asked the Freestone County Commissioners Court to table consideration of proposed approval processes for subdivision plat and replat applications to allow time to revise application forms and clarify instructions.

Staff said they had been working on updating the applications and had added material discussed at the prior regular meeting; the staff member asked that the item be tabled so the judge and other staff could review the revised forms and the item could be presented again at the next regular meeting. The clerk moved to table, a second was recorded and the presiding officer called the motion; the court voted in favor of tabling the item.
