Charles Mix County commissioners on Dec. 10 approved a new IT Master Service Agreement with Tech Solutions and authorized two related purchases: a monthly service package and a one‑time Virtual Server Migration, and an installation of Tyler Technologies' Incode Inventory Control & Work Orders System for the highway department.
Auditor Danielle Davenport presented the proposed Tech Solutions agreement for 2021–2022; the board approved the master agreement and a quoted fee structure of $2,565.00 per month plus a one‑time $999.00 charge for a virtual server migration. In separate action, Highway Superintendent Doug Cimpl and Auditor Davenport described a Tyler Technologies software update that county staff said would benefit the highway department; the commission approved the installation and authorized Chairman Neil Von Eschen to sign a $15,314.00 quote for the software.
Both motions were made by Vice‑Chairman Nick Stotz and seconded by Commissioner Keith Mushitz and were recorded as carried. The meeting record does not include vendor representatives' statements or a public competitive‑bidding discussion; documentation (quotes and the master service agreement) was filed with the auditor.
