Council approves business-license transfer for Eastside Resort LLC

Orderville — The town council approved a business-license transfer for Eastside Resort LLC, an application listed on the agenda as Gavin Eaton. Representatives who joined the meeting online introduced themselves and said the new owners planned to run the resort in line with past operations.

"My brother and I are super excited to be in Orderville," said the applicant’s representative (speaker 2), who addressed the council and said they intended no major changes. Staff reported no outstanding concerns with the application, and the council voted in favor of granting the license.

The license was approved by motion and voice vote. Council members noted the license transfer was relatively routine; any future significant changes to the resort’s operations would require separate permitting or approvals if applicable.
