Josephine County approves $32,416.36 fuel invoice, plat map and auditorium rental

Public Works managers Richard Pike and Shannon Doak presented a Carson fuel invoice totaling $32,416.36 and described it as a routine operational expense for fuel used across county departments. The board discussed invoice frequency and confirmed the invoices are standard and recurring; the board approved the invoice without objection.

The board also approved the Hieglen Estates plat map and granted a rental request for the Anne G. Basker Auditorium from the Josephine County Circuit Court. Presenters clarified that a prior agenda discrepancy related to vehicle purchase totals was a calculation error on the agenda and did not affect invoices or approval items.

These approvals are procedural and were passed without objection; staff will proceed with standard contract and facility rental administration.
