Charles Mix commissioners approve multiple tax‑deed property sales

Charles Mix County commissioners recorded and approved several sales of county‑owned parcels acquired through tax‑deed proceedings during 1938. The minutes show that the board reviewed the county auditor’s reports verifying statutory compliance and voted to approve sales, authorizing the county attorney or county property agent to prepare deeds.
