Falmouth ZBA grants comprehensive permit for 14 affordable homeownership units at Benjamin Nye

The Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously granted a comprehensive permit for a 14‑unit homeownership project at 48 Benjamin Nye, approving conditions that make the units affordable in perpetuity to households at or below 80 percent of area median income.
