HR Green briefs City of Anamosa on 3rd Street sidewalk easements and near-complete sewer work

Melissa Clow of HR Green updated the City Council of the City of Anamosa on April 13, 2026 about local infrastructure work, saying the city is finalizing easement agreements for the 3rd Street sidewalk project and reviewing sidewalk data collected by Tiger Eye while updating the GIS dashboard.

Clow reported the sewer work in the alley between Ford and North Huber Streets is nearly complete and that HR Green continues maintenance of the GIS database. She also said HR Green is coordinating final site plans with Kwik Star and Sundstop.
