Clarke County supervisors approve $84,699.62 in weekly claims

The Clarke County Board of Supervisors approved Res. 26-054 on April 13, 2026, authorizing payment of claims totaling $84,699.62 for the week of April 7–13, 2026. Chairman Randy Dunbar presided over the 9:00 a.m. session at the Clarke County Courthouse.

Supervisor Dean Robins moved to adopt Res. 26-054, which was seconded by Supervisor Brian Sorensen; the measure passed on a voice vote with all three supervisors voting Aye (Randy Dunbar, Dean Robins and Brian Sorensen). Auditor Jessica Graves was present for the meeting and the resolution was signed on April 13, 2026.

The board recorded fund totals for the approved claims as follows: General Basic $15,818.41; General Supplement $6,496.37; Secondary Road $58,658.43; Emergency Management $1,072.79; Assessor $2,653.62. The listed amounts sum to $84,699.62 for the week.

Earlier in the meeting, Supervisor Brian Sorensen moved to approve the published agenda; the motion was seconded by Dean Robins and carried by a unanimous vote.
