Planning Commission advances Brentwood Hills hillside site plan for 7,097-square-foot home

The Planning Commission reviewed a revised hillside protection site plan for Lot 25 in Brentwood Hills at 1305 Robert E. Lee that proposes a 7,097-square-foot residence on a 0.99-acre lot.

Staff presented the application and said the proposed materials include off-white mortar rub brick, tan stone, black vertical hardyboard siding and an aged cedar shake roof.
