Pacific council excuses absent member and approves consent agenda

During procedural business the council voted to excuse Council Member Boles after a motion by Council President Kerry Garberding, seconded by Council Member Katie Garberding; the voice vote carried with a tally reported as 5 ayes, 0 nays, 1 abstain. Later, Council Member Putnam moved to approve the consent agenda (claims and payroll vouchers and prior meeting minutes); Council Member Helms seconded and the voice vote carried 6-0.

There were no public comments and no formal actions beyond these routine procedural votes recorded in the April 13 minutes. Mayor Kave adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m.

The consent agenda included claims vouchers/EFTs #61938–#61987 dated 03/24/2026–04/13/2026; payroll vouchers #5988 dated 03/06/2026–03/20/2026; and approval of meeting minutes from March 23, 2026 and the March 23 workshop/committee-of-the-whole notes.
