City to replat Spanish Villa Mill Valley property; Tract A retained for stormwater detention

City staff reported on the Spanish Villa Mill Valley property (south of Mill Street). The city acquired the parcel five years ago and has completed part of the stormwater detention on the west half. Staff proposed vacating undeveloped lots and replatting into two tracts: Tract A, to remain city property with a drainage easement over the detention basin; and Tract B, to be marketed via RFP for single-family development. Utilities coordination and minor plat revisions were reported; staff said the item is set for planning commission review in June.
