Oconto Falls board accepts resignations and honors retiring staff

The Oconto Falls Public School District board voted to accept personnel resignations and retirements announced by the superintendent.

The superintendent asked the board to approve a resignation from Renee Belt, identified in the packet as a special education teacher at Oconto Falls High School, who is resigning after three years. The superintendent also noted Laurie Johns, an ELL support paraprofessional with three years of service who is resigning for the purpose of retirement, and Rex Luke, a diesel mechanic in the district bus garage who is retiring after 18 years of service.
