Committee approves January minutes, schedules next meeting for April 28

Chair (S4) called for approval of the January meeting minutes. S2 moved to approve; S4 called for a second and S3 seconded. The chair asked for comments, received none, and called the vote. Multiple members responded “aye” and Jim Ventress was recorded as abstaining; the chair declared the motion passed.

The chair confirmed that the committee will next meet on April 28 at the same time and that meetings will remain virtual until the group begins in-person workshops. No other formal actions were taken.
