Council reappoints members to city authorities and names Tom Livingston to redevelopment agency

The Norwalk City Council accepted the resignation of Christina Randall from the BIPOC Commission and voted to forward an appointment and several reappointments.

Council moved to appoint Tom Livingston to the Redevelopment Agency. Speakers described Livingstons background as an attorney, his prior council service and work as a chief of staff, and council members praised his experience and volunteer record. The council approved the appointment unanimously.
