Plan Commission approves certified survey map to dedicate Chicory Court for Ryan Meadows condominiums

The City of Franklin Plan Commission voted to recommend approval of a certified survey map to dedicate Chicory Court as public right-of-way for the Ryan Meadows condominiums at 11590 West Meadowview Drive.

Project representative Mr. Foulkes told the commission the CSM was submitted to meet a condition of the site-plan and condominium-plat approval and that it also relocates an access easement to an abutting property. "This is the CSM to dedicate the public right of way," he said, and staff recommended approval.

A motion to recommend adoption of a resolution approving the certified survey map was made and the commission approved the motion by voice vote.
