Plan Commission grants Home Depot temporary outdoor sales permit, discusses streamlining annual approvals

The City of Franklin Plan Commission approved a resolution allowing Home Depot to operate a fenced outdoor seasonal sales area at 6489 South 27th Street starting April 24 and running through July 17, 2026 — a period staff described as 84 days.
