Historic Landmarks Commission ratifies consent calendar including several project design approvals

The Historic Landmarks Commission ratified the actions taken on its consent calendar for April 22, 2026. Staff read the items on the posted agenda and the commission voted to ratify project design approvals and final approvals as listed in the staff summary. Specific items called out by staff included approvals at 1525 Santa Barbara Street (project design approval, continued to staff for final), 222 West Carrillo Street (project design and final approval as submitted), 223 East De la Guerra Street (project design approval and continued to staff), 401 State Street (project design and final approval as submitted), 5 West Canon Perdido Street (project design and final approval with comments), and 1014 Santa Barbara Street (project design and final approval as submitted).

The ratification was approved by roll call vote. Staff noted the items are posted on the full agenda and applicants will proceed according to the approvals recorded in the consent action.
