During the April 21 meeting the board considered Human Resources Exhibit A (employee recommendations), which included proposed principal and dean placements for Robinson and an interim principal position for Merrill.
Board member Amy Levy offered an amendment to remove the three administrative positions from Exhibit A; the amendment passed on roll call 4–3. The remainder of Exhibit A (without those three positions) then passed by unanimous voice vote.
Separately, a motion to approve the three administrative positions at Robinson and Merrill was introduced and carried on roll call, 6–1. Levy voted against that final motion; board discussion earlier had focused on minimizing disruption to Merrill while stabilizing Robinson and confirming licensure status for interim assignments.
The board then moved into closed session to discuss personnel matters per Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85.
