Board renews realtor contract and approves cut to Grant Avenue listing amid rezoning uncertainty

"I'd guess it to be less than about 1000 dollars per piece, to walk through that process," Davis said, describing the rezone option as a way to remove the zoning variable that has stalled buyers.

The board endorsed the contract renewal and the price reduction for the Grant Avenue listing after discussion about whether to pursue rezone work immediately or to wait for the city's process. The motion to reduce the price passed by voice vote.
