Story City Council approves PUD amendment to allow single-family home on Forest Avenue lot

The Story City Council approved an amendment to the Forest Avenue Townhouses Planned Unit Development to allow a single-family residence on a remaining vacant lot at the intersection of Forest Avenue and Northridge Road.
