Commissioner Lorraine Kamalu introduced amendment #7 to contract 2025-0484, a pass-through from the Utah Department of Health and Human Services providing $65,684 to Davis Behavioral Health for mental health services; she said the funding begins 07/01/2025 and noted the contract s ending date appears to contain a typo but was understood to be a one-year term. The commission approved the amendment by voice vote.
Rochelle Blackham presented a $5,200 donation from the Ryan and Michelle Regis Living Trust to Davis County Aging Services (receivable received 04/09/2026) and sought approval of the Area Agency on Aging Year 4 plan (2024 2027) linked to contract 20230377 covering 07/01/2026 06/30/2027. She also presented an agreement with Food Handler Solutions for a food handler permit training program (a $15 receivable for those completing training). All health items were approved by voice vote.
Staff will finalize contract documentation and confirm corrected contract dates where the transcript indicated potential typos.
