• Travel expense deferred: A resolution (TMP‑26477) to approve travel expenses for Chair Mavis Bates to attend a National Association of Counties (NACO) conference in July 2026 was introduced but lacked the required completed form and cost attachments. Committee members asked staff to provide a reason for attendance and the cost estimate; the committee agreed to postpone the item to the May Energy & Environment Committee meeting for further review.
