- Floats and moorings: The Chapel Quarter Yacht Club asked to proceed under newly republished harbor-master 10A regs for floats on moorings; the commission closed the hearing and took the item under advisement pending harbor master / shellfish warden coordination and any required surveys.

- Amendments and enforcement: An amended order of conditions for 314 Quissett Ave (Scannell) was presented and the hearing was closed and taken under advisement; an enforcement matter at 41 Davis Neck Road (Clark) was continued to mid-May while staff awaits an anticipated NOI.

- Extensions and funding: The commission granted a three-year extension for the Town of Falmouth DPW bridge project (Manot Road), and approved Conservation Trust Fund use to pay for a seasonal land-management position (~$16,000) and to purchase a Kubota utility vehicle (~$20,000).

- Orders of Conditions: The commission voted on multiple orders; the order for 17 Greenpond Road did not pass as discussed (denied without prejudice); an order addressing unpermitted items and restoration at 33 Oyster Shellade (East Falmouth) was approved with staff-specified revegetation and removal conditions.

Next steps: Several items were continued to dates in May to allow staff to collate state reviews, confirm DEP file numbers and finalize planting/mitigation plans.
