Webster County adopts Ordinance No. 2024-03 rezoning 39 acres in Section 36 from A-1 to A-2

The Webster County Board of Supervisors on May 7 held a public hearing and approved Third and Final consideration of ORDINANCE NO. 2024-03, an amendment to the Webster County Official Zoning Atlas (Case Number RZ2024-01). The property is legally described as the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 36, Township 87 North, Range 27 West of the 5th P.M., containing approximately 39 acres, and was rezoned from A-1 to A-2.

No oral or written comments were received during the public hearing. The board voted to approve the ordinance and amend the zoning map accordingly; the vote was recorded as Ayes: Campbell, Carlson, Conrad and Hayek; Nays: None; Absent: Thode.
