Stilwell council confirms five appointments to Housing Authority board in 3-1-1 vote

Debbie Johnson moved to confirm the slate of appointees; Barrett Harris seconded. The motion listed Cindy Carson, Tina Eagle Brewer, Shelldon Miggletto, Timothy Nettles and Ramon Gallardo as nominees. The recorded vote was: Coye Nettles — abstain; Barrett Harris — yes; Debbie Johnson — yes; Jim Spray — no; Lane Kindle — yes. The motion carried (three yes, one no, one abstain). The appointments are effective March 16, 2026.
