Western Child Advocacy Center presents 2027 budget request to commissioners

Don Rivera of the Western Child Advocacy Center thanked the commissioners for their support, reviewed services provided to Rawlins County in 2025, and presented the center's budget request for 2027 to the board and County Clerk Rachel Finley. Commissioners discussed the services the center provides but took no formal funding action at the meeting.

Rivera's presentation was informational; the commissioners acknowledged receipt of the request and indicated the drafted employee handbook and other budget items would be discussed when all commissioners are present. No vote on the center's request was recorded at this session.
