Planning board endorses ANR for Gunn Road lot adjustment, approves a building permit

Southampton — The Planning Board at its April 15 meeting endorsed an ANR/plan for Stacy Ashley (82 Gunn Road) and acknowledged a building permit approval for 4 Fitch Farm Way.

Mark Reed of Heritage Surveys and Engineering presented a lot‑line adjustment for the property on Gunn Road, describing resulting parcel sizes and noting existing easements and an older foundation on the rear of the lot. After members asked clarifying questions the board recorded a motion to endorse the ANR. The chair noted: “Motion made by Mark and seconded by Paul.” The record shows two “Aye” responses; the meeting did not include a roll‑call tally beyond the voice votes.

Later the chair announced he had approved a building permit on April 9 for 4 Fitch Farm Way (a lot in a previously approved subdivision), said the work was under clearing thresholds and asked the board to accept that approval. The board moved, seconded and approved the acceptance by voice vote.

The meeting concluded after the board set next steps on the BEST bylaw and adjourned following a motion to close the meeting.
