Votes at a glance: committee handles concurrences, non-concurrences and conference committees

The Environment and Transportation Committee resolved a series of concurrence and non-concurrence questions and appointed conference committees where appropriate.

Notable outcomes: the committee voted not to concur with the Senate amendments to House Bill 663 (Delegate Rosenberg) that would expand the Maryland Department of the Environment's reporting to include federal environmental policy changes related to nuclear power; a conference committee was appointed (Chair Stein, Delegate Fraser-Hidalgo, Delegate Anderson).
