Lancaster County ad hoc committee holds executive session on county administrator search

The Lancaster County Council ad hoc County Administrator Interview Committee met and unanimously approved a motion to enter an executive session to discuss one personnel matter: the search for a county administrator and to invite representatives of the search firm Find Great People to participate.

The chair sought and received the motion under item 5a, citing South Carolina Code of Laws 30-4-70(a)(1) as the authority for the closed meeting. The motion was described on the record as moved by Mister McGriff and seconded by Mister Luis/Louis; the chair announced the committee entered executive session.
