The Clinton County Board of Supervisors approved multiple administrative and procurement items on its consent agenda March 23, including personnel, permits, equipment purchases and a utility permit.
The board approved Resolution 2026-50 appointing Katie Brandenburg as Park Ranger at $24.17 per hour effective March 23, 2026. It approved renewal permits for vendors to sell cigarettes/tobacco for FY2027 (Resolution 2026-51) and a liquor license for Wapsi Oaks Country Club effective March 1, 2026 (Resolution 2026-52).
Procurement awards recorded on the consent agenda included: a used CASE 621G wheel loader awarded to Titan Machinery (Resolution 2026-54); a new Case IH Maxxum tractor to Kunau Implement (Resolution 2026-55); a Hitachi ZX160LC track excavator to Mid Country Machinery (Resolution 2026-56); and a John Deere 770 GP motor grader to Martin Equipment (Resolution 2026-57). The minutes list base prices, trade-in values and net prices for the quoted machines. The board also approved a motion by Supervisor Irwin authorizing the chair to sign Utility Permit No. 39-6-26 for Comcast’s fiber-optic boring along 285th Avenue.
All consent items were approved by roll call: Irwin, George and Srp voted yes on each recorded item.
