A local enforcement board reviewed status reports for several properties and scheduled follow-up checks; staff reported most properties were in compliance or had corrective steps underway.
For case 25-01-02 at 821 Northwest 6th Street, staff said there were four calls for service in the past 30 days (three trespassing calls, none nuisance) and that the board’s jurisdiction over the property ended on April 2, 2026. Staff prepared recording instructions to release the property from the board’s docket.
In case 25-05, staff told the board that required weekly reports had not been received since Feb. 17, which put the business technically out of compliance; a report was received the day of the meeting and three representatives attended to address the board. Staff said the property itself was clean and in compliance and dismissed the representatives after the update.
At 2935 North Federal Highway (America's Best Motel), staff said there were 14 calls for service in the past month, including reports of assault and trespassing; six calls were placed by the motel. Staff described active cooperation with the property manager and said the site is currently in compliance and will return for a status review on May 14.
In each case staff recommended continued monitoring and routine status reviews; the board did not adopt new multi-day penalties for these items during this meeting.
