Motion by Trustee Brian Batkins, seconded by Trustee Dean Olgiati, carried for the consent agenda and for each listed consent item. The Board authorized the Treasurer to levy, bill, collect and distribute 2026 school taxes and to collect $4.00 per parcel to fund distribution for LCPS, MISD and MCC. The Board approved paying Clinton Township $111,300 for the township’s share of the 2026 41B District Court bond payment.
Other consent approvals included renewing the township’s digital document management subscription with Laserfiche ($8,077.50), reallocating $18,750 of the 2026 CDBG public-services allocation to the Dial-a-Ride program, and reappointing members to the Downtown Development Authority, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Waste Hauler Hardship Committee. Minutes from the March 9, 2026 meeting and the February Revenue and Expenditure Report were also approved.
These consent items were recorded as carried with motions primarily moved by Trustee Batkins and seconded by Trustee Olgiati. Individual vote tallies were not recorded for each consent item beyond the meeting’s general approval notation.
Next steps: Treasurer to execute school tax agreements and the township will process payments and renewals as authorized.
