At the April 7 meeting the Village of Oswego board approved a consent agenda that included minutes, liquor‑license ordinance items, the establishment of special service areas and several contracts and budget amendments. Notable items approved included:
- A resolution authorizing a contract with Deconstruction Incorporated for the 2026 annual road maintenance and street resurfacing project in the amount of $3,353,329.69.
- A resolution authorizing a contract with Deconstruction Incorporated for excavation of the Wolf's Crossing stormwater detention basin facility in the amount of $130,000 and waiving competitive bidding.
- Resolutions authorizing contracts with Frank Marshall Electric LLC (refurbished variable frequency drive for Well 8 at $44,056; booster station generator project at $396,280; Village Hall generator replacement at $231,813), and a contract with CDW Government for parking deck security cameras at $43,520.
- An ordinance amending the annual budget for the 2025 fiscal year and a resolution authorizing a compensation study with Gallagher Benefit Services Inc. not to exceed $40,585.
The board also approved the bill list dated April 7, 2026, in the amount of $2,161,421. All consent items were moved, seconded and approved by roll call.
