Hinckley council approves purchase orders including $84,999 generator for water treatment plant; generator tested and ready

Separately, staff reported that Wheeler Machinery test‑ran the water treatment plant generator and it is ready for service as part of the town's CDBG Grand Water Improvements project. The council also agreed to submit a bid for 10 feet of water for irrigating the town park at $220 per foot and discussed drafting a policy to clarify exceptions to dormant water fees for vacant or condemned properties.
