Commission tables two rezoning cases to May; Riverwood application withdrawn

At the start of the public hearings the Planning Commission opened and then continued two cases at the applicants' request. Staff reported that Z169 (Main Street) and Z168 (Barnsdale Terrace) were being tabled to the May 7 Planning Commission meeting so applicants could revise site designs and continue working with neighbors. Both tabling motions passed unanimously. The commission also noted that V219 Ravenwood Drive had been withdrawn by the applicant and was removed from the evening's agenda.

Commissioners and staff reminded attendees that the public hearing portions for the tabled items will reopen when the cases return in May and that sign‑ups made for the original hearings will carry forward.
