Dunn County commissioners handled routine business and community updates during a brief March 18 meeting.
The board approved the March 4, 2026 minutes and the March 18 agenda with additions (motions approved unanimously). Commissioners also approved warrants and vouchers across multiple funds, with payments to vendors and contractors recorded in the meeting minutes. The voucher list covered General, Road, Capital, Buildings, Park and other funds and included payments to vendors such as Benz Oil, Bartlett & West, Civil Science, Western Choice Cooperative and others; roll-call approval was recorded.
The board approved a burn restriction declaration presented by Sarah Duttenhefner, and authorized the annual gaming site license for the Dog House Bar in Manning. The Housing Authority reported it is working with a builder on applications for homes on Killdeer lots and noted a $35,000 grant from Conoco to fund a sign; a food pantry roundup is opening and the JDA will hold a coffee chat in the new building.
