Dobbs Ferry AHRB approves exterior renovations at 96 and 98 Main Street

The Dobbs Ferry Architectural and Historic Review Board on April 2 granted approval for proposed exterior renovations at 96 and 98 Main Street, adopting resolutions that reference the applicants’ submitted plan sets.

At 96 Main Street the board reviewed updated paperwork submitted by the applicant, examined window sections and brick details, and approved the application by motion. AHRB language in the transcript references the findings and conditions and notes the plan set dated 04/02/2026.

At 98 Main Street the board read and adopted a parallel HRB resolution for 98 Main Street LLC. The board approved exterior renovations subject to the conditions listed in the resolution and referred to the applicant’s plan set (transcript shows a plan-set date; the resolution as adopted references the submitted plans).
