Magistrate orders removal of repeatedly parked trailer at 1845 Greenbrook Court, warns $250 daily fines

The Special Registry for Code Enforcement reviewed multiple prior notices and re‑inspections for 1845 Greenbrook Court on March 26 and ordered the respondent to remove or properly park a trailer by April 28, 2026 or face fines of $250 per day.

Lindsey Longstreet, the court enforcement officer, presented a 45‑page exhibit packet documenting at least six previous incidents of the same trailer being parked in the driveway or right‑of‑way dating back to May 2024, with follow‑up inspections showing intermittent compliance followed by recurrence. Longstreet told the magistrate the city had sent courtesy letters, notices of violation, certified‑mail receipts and posting affidavits for repeated infractions.

The magistrate described the pattern as a repeated violation and said the court would treat the property accordingly, ordering the respondent to comply no later than April 28, 2026 and imposing a penalty of $250 for each day the trailer is illegally parked after that date. The magistrate characterized the recurrence colloquially as a "whack a mole" problem when discussing the repeated nature of the violation.

The city will monitor compliance and may impose the daily fines if the trailer is present after the deadline.
