The Williamson County Planning Commission approved multiple preliminary and final plats after staff presentations and voice votes.
Preliminary plats approved: Artisan Acres (Lot 10, to become Lot 201 in Phase 2), Log Valley Trail (site access change after National Park Service denied an easement), The Arbors at Leiper's Fork (Phase 2: 16 lots on 133 acres with 62 acres open space) and Grove Subdivision Phase 15 (nine lots). Staff recommended approval in each case and the commission approved by voice vote.
Final plats approved: Marlow Meadows at Carl Bridal (five lots, 108.66 acres), Little Creek Farm (revised final plat converting roads to private/gated for 18 lots) and Moxley/Turnage Wood (three lots on about 15.4 acres). Staff said resource protection and sewage/disposal approvals were satisfied where required. The commission recorded no opposition during the voice votes.
The commission deferred items 17, 18 and 21 per the applicant’s request and approved the consent agenda earlier in the meeting.
Votes were voice approvals with no recorded roll-call tallies in the transcript. Where staff noted required conditions (for example building permits addressing creek crossings), those conditions remain part of the approval record.
