Fox River Grove board sets public hearing on Downtown TIF #3 after brief public opposition

The Fox River Grove Village Board voted on Jan. 6, 2026 to approve Ordinance 2026-01, which sets a public hearing to consider the proposed Downtown Tax Increment Financing District #3 (TIF #3) for development of Block B.
